Dan Taft brings more than two decades of leadership experience to his position as president and CEO of PSSI. Before assuming his current role, Dan served as a regional senior vice president for three years. Prior to joining PSSI, he was the vice president of Kaiser Contract Cleaning Specialists, Inc. from 1999 until 2010, when KCCSI merged with PSSI. Dan also has an additional 13 years of industry experience, working as both a production and plant manager.
Doug White stepped into the Chief Operating Officer role in July 2021 after stints as Senior Vice President Operations and Vice President of Corporate Development. Doug helps lead and support operational growth through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Prior to joining PSSI in 2013, Doug held positions at PepsiCo and Aramark, among others, accumulating more than 25 years of experience with consumer products and services. He holds a degree from Dartmouth College.
Chief Financial Officer
Emily Weaver joined PSSI as chief financial officer in 2020. Emily has over twenty-five years of success in enabling profitable and sustainable transformation across multinational and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to PSSI, she held senior roles in finance at Ingersoll Rand, Fortive Corporation, Danaher Corporation and General Electric. Emily started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a California CPA (Inactive). Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Chief Operating Officer
Monty Christenberry started his career with PSSI as an area manager. Monty has more than 25 years of sanitation experience. Through the years, he has advanced through the company, taking new leadership positions until assuming the role of senior vice president – the position he occupies today.
President of Chemistry
Chris Coleman brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. He started his career in sales and marketing and has held many leadership positions in R&D, technical services, regulatory affairs, international business development, and service. Throughout his years, Chris has led the development and implementation of global sales and service platforms in the U.S., Latin America, and EMEA. He holds a degree from the University of Arkansas.
Senior Vice President of Shared Services
Jake Watts joined PSSI as Vice President of Food Safety and has moved into his current role of Senior Vice President of Shared Services. Jake oversees Safety, Food Safety, and Sales and Marketing to help guide and lead the overall strategic direction of departments. Prior to PSSI, Jake held various food safety & quality assurance roles at Tyson Foods and Pilgrim’s. Jake is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Senior Vice President, Operations – East Region
Josh Hinkle started his career with PSSI in 2002 as a site manager trainee in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, then became a site manager at West Liberty Foods and JBS in Marshalltown, Iowa. He has also served as area manager, division manager, vice president, and is now senior vice president of the East Region. Josh has nearly 18 years of experience, with his entire career focused on leading food safety and sanitation for food processors.
Senior Vice President, Operations – North Region
John Neuhalfen is living proof of our advancement from within culture. More than 30 years ago, John began his career at PSSI operating a hose, cleaning facilities night after night. He worked his way up, assuming several leadership positions along the way. Today he leads the Midwest Region, with safety as his number one priority. John attributes his success to PSSI’s culture of growth and advancement.
Senior Vice President, Operations – West Region
As SVP, Chuck leads the company’s customer relationships and operational initiatives with food processors across the West, Midwest, and Northwest Divisions, including all of Canada, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Lamb joined the PSSI team in 2013 as an Area Manager with 21 years of industry experience.
Senior Vice President, Operations – South Region
Dawn has over 25 years’ experience working in the food industry. She started her career in PSSI as a Food Safety Sanitor has held many titles over her years including Assistant Site Manager, Technical Service Manager, Area Manager, Senior Technical Service Manager, Division Manager, VP, and now her current position as Senior Vice President, South Region. Dawn’s leadership and commitment to safety have helped drive our safety culture and lead the team in record low OSHA recordable rates. Dawn is SQF, and BRC certified and has specialized OSHA and Food Safety training.
Santiago “Jimmy” Alaniz
Chief Legal Officer
Santiago “Jimmy” Alaniz has been the chief legal officer for PSSI since 2014. Before joining PSSI, Jimmy was a partner at Fisher & Phillips, LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, where he assisted employers with labor, employment and immigration matters. He has provided legal counsel as an external and internal counsel to PSSI dating back to 2006. He holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and criminal justice from the University of Texas in San Antonio, and a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law. Jimmy is also board-certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
