Chief Executive Officer
Dan Taft brings over two decades of leadership experience to his position as CEO and President of PSSI. Before assuming his current role, Dan served as a Regional Senior Vice President for three years. Prior to joining PSSI, he was the Vice President of Kaiser Contract Cleaning Specialists, Inc. from 1999 until 2010, when KCCSI merged with PSSI. Dan also has an additional 13 years of industry experience, working as both a Production and Plant Manager.
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Hart has been the Chief Financial Officer of PSSI since 2013. He first joined the company after 32 years of previous experience in finance, accounting and IT positions in the meat packing and processing industry. From 2003 to 2013, Craig served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Tyson Foods, Inc. He is a CPA, and holds both a BS in Accounting from Iowa State University, as well as an MBA from Wayne State College.
Executive Vice President
Amy Lowe began her career with PSSI in 2009, one year prior to the merger with Kaiser Contract Cleaning Specialists, Inc. Before joining PSSI, Amy spent 12 years leading Human Resources for HNI Corporation in their US and Mexico operating divisions. An alumnus of Western Illinois University, she graduated Summa Cum Laude and holds Bachelor’s Degrees in both Management and Marketing.
Senior Vice President - west region
After five years of leading strategic planning and procurement as Vice President of Corporate Development, Doug White officially became SVP – Operations for the Western Region in May 2017. Prior to joining PSSI in 2013, Doug held positions at Pepsico and Aramark among others, accumulating over 25 years of experience with consumer products and services. He holds a degree from Dartmouth College.
Senior Vice President - Midwest Region
John Neuhalfen is living proof of our “advancement from within” culture. Over 30 years ago, John began his career at PSSI on a hose, cleaning facilities night after night. Eventually, he would work his way up the ladder, assuming several leadership positions along the way. Today he leads the Midwest Region, with safety as his number one priority. John attributes his success to PSSI’s culture of growth and advancement.
Senior Vice President – Central Region
Josh Kuepers first joined PSSI in 2004 on the tech services team, executing the company’s safety programs. Today he serves as the Senior Vice President for the Central Region, leading the region while implementing aggressive and exciting growth strategies. Prior to his time at PSSI, Josh spent 8 years outside the industry as a Safety and Work Communications Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Safety from the University of Wisconsin Platteville.
Senior Vice President - East region
Starting his career as an Area Manager, Chris Beavers has more than 20 years of experience at PSSI. Throughout the years, he has continued to advance through the company, taking new leadership positions until eventually assuming the role of Senior Vice President – the position he occupies today. Chris currently leads operational initiatives in the East Region. He graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College with a degree in Business.
With over 30 years of experience in the food processing industry, Doug Sharp leads Packers Chemical as President. From Chemidyne to Du Chem and EcoLab, Doug has excelled at leading sales efforts and expanding customer relationships throughout all levels of the industry. With expertise in poultry processing (both kill and RTE) to micro issues and listeria, Doug has become an industry “go to” for our customers.
