PSSI RESPONSE™ In-Field FD Mobile Computer Aided Dispatch (RESPONSE™ In-Field FD)

Get the information you need when and where you need it. Your in-field team needs optimum communications functionality and access to information. PSSI’s RESPONSE™ In-Field FD Mobile Computer Aided Dispatch (RESPONSE™ In-Field FD) provides extensive capabilities and the necessary resources of an advanced communications system for your firefighters and emergency service technicians in the field.

Expedite Your Response and Increase Efficiency.

Utilizing RESPONSE™ In-Field FD will help you maximize your response time by:

  • Reducing unnecessary voice interaction by providing messaging functions to/from dispatchers and other units in the field
  • Eliminating the need for extended radio transmissions to request calls for service information and/or response times
  • Minimizing the interruption of standard CAD transactions and operation

Responders can communicate their status by MDC function that relieves dispatchers of interaction while handling other responsibilities. Additionally, PSSI software provides field responders with relevant information entered by dispatchers and stored in the CAD system.

  • Locations of Calls for Service
  • Cross streets
  • Map display of incident
  • Call Type
  • Complainant information
  • Premise history, hazards and other location related information

RESPONSE™ In-Field Mobile CAD enables messaging for unit-to-unit and unit-to-dispatcher communications.

Firefighters and EMTs in the field are able to control their actions without interruption over the radio to the dispatcher
