MARKETING

Our Sales/Marketing positions require individuals who will be at ease contacting and developing relationships with Law Enforcement Agencies, Fire/Rescue Agencies and Airport and Military agency personnel. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for learning software applications; have a positive, professional and energetic outlook with excellent verbal as well as written communication skills. Outside sales experience and an interest as well as experience in the Public Safety Industry would be excellent added factors for consideration.

The successful candidate will develop new territories by contacting Public Safety agencies throughout the country and qualifying their needs and interest in our suite of products.  They will be responsible for developing relationships with key personnel at these agencies and arranging for system demonstrations of our product line.  Additional responsibilities include the ability to respond to RFP’s (Request for Proposals), attend various Trade Exhibits and interact with current clients for support and follow-up sales.  The position will require approximately 30% travel.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.  

TECHNICAL

Software Engineer Positions

The positions primary responsibilities include: analyzing user requirements; researching, designing and writing new software programs; testing and evaluating new program performance; as well as the maintenance and support of existing applications. These responsibilities will be focused on the continued development of existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification, investigating new technologies and the creation of interfaces with important ancillary public safety systems. A firm understanding of design methodology, and excellent communication skills will greatly aid the successful candidate.

Requirements:

The position requires a minimum of a BS degree in computer science. An excellent working knowledge of the following disciplines is extremely important: .Net, Web Programming, Microsoft Visual Basic, Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase SQL Server, Oracle or similar) and Microsoft visual C + +.

Good people skills and the ability to travel are a plus.
