SOFTWARE DESCRIPTION

PSSI's MDC Software is a fully integrated, flexible, Mobile Software. PSSI's MDC software provides field officers extensive capabilities within the CAD system. CAD entries such as calls for service, messaging CAD operators and other field officers, reduce unnecessary voice interaction. The PSSI MDC Software eliminates extended radio transmissions and reduces the interruption of standard CAD transactions and operation. Officers are capable of communicating their status by MDC function that relieves dispatchers of interaction while handling other responsibilities.

PSSI MDC Software provides field officers CAD entries from dispatchers such as location of Calls for Service, cross streets, map x-y coordinates, call type, complainant information, and premise history/hazards.

Field officers are able to control their actions without interruption over the radio to the dispatcher.
