SOFTWARE DESCRIPTION

PSSI's integrated Field Reporting Software provides field officers the ability to complete and submit reports from their mobile computer. The PSSI Field Reporting system is completely integrated with the RESPONSE CAD system, IN-Field Mobile Data system and ICIS RMS system. This provides for complete workflow from the field officer, to supervisor to RMS system while eliminating the need for paper reports and entry by RMS personnel to the ICIS system. The Field Reporting solution increases officer visibility on the street by reducing report entry time, elimination of redundant entry of data and reducing the need for officer to complete their reports in-station.

The Mobile Field Reporting Software also incorporates the ability to query Master Name, Master Vehicle and Master Location Modules to retrieve and append existing data in the ICIS RMS system to reports.

The Field Reporting system provides a lot of the same functions, look and feel, and workflow of the ICIS RMS system. Field officers are provided with easy to use Report Forms, drop-down menus of valid codes, easy movement between fields via the TAB key, ability to save incomplete drafts locally for future completion, and submit reports to supervisors for final approval.
