• PSSI provides the Booking SubSystem for intake processing that is integrated with our Law Enforcement RMS Package (ICIS) The integration eliminates needless redundant data entry between modules.

The Booking Modules provide the ability to document intake of prisoners for short-term holding of 24 hours to 12 months. The Booking SubSystem provides the ability to enter all pertinent personal information about an inmate.

The Booking Module provides the ability to import an officer's Arrest Report information entered into (ICIS) directly into the Booking Report. This eliminates the redundant entry of data into the (ICIS) system, if your agency completes their arrest report prior to processing the inmate in the booking system. The result is faster processing of inmates

The Arrest Module provides the ability to import the Jail Intake Officer's Booking Report information entered into (ICIS) directly into the reporting officer's arrest report. This eliminates the redundant entry of data into the (ICIS) system, if your agency processes the booking of an inmate prior to the officer completing their arrest report.

The ICIS Booking System also provides interfaces to and from 3rd party systems. These include outside Mug-shot systems, fingerprinting systems, or 3rd party Booking or Jail Systems to provide seamless integration.

Prisoner Property Tracking-Document all prisoner property at intake and provide a complete property report.

Prisoner Medical-Document Prisoner Medical Evaluations, Medical Problems or Injuries and all medications administered and print a complete medical report.

Prisoner Court Tracking-Document all court appearances and print a complete chronological report.

Prisoner Transportation-Document all prisoners transports and print complete report.

Prisoner Meals-Document all prisoner(s) meals served and print complete historical report.
