CAD Access from anywhere!

The RESPONSE CAD Web Status Monitor Sub-System provides incident and unit status via an internet or intranet connection. Viewers have the ability to remotely access incident and unit detail information as if they were sitting right in the communications center. The viewer can select what information they would like to view from the Web Monitor set-up screen. Information is fed to the Web Sub-System to provide updates on a regular basis as selected.

RESPONSE Web CAD allows you to monitor or coordinate incidents at your PSAP while on the road, at a remote office or even in the field with a wireless connection.

When coupled with RESPONSE CAD, Web CAD lets you use the global power of the Internet, a secured intranet or WLAN to connect to your PSAP and see all activity as it occurs, in real time. You can sort and filter information to see details such as incident status and units dispatched to the scene. The viewer can also view specific incident or unit detail information by simply clicking on the unit or incident.

The RESPONSE Web CAD works seamlessly with your existing RESPONSE CAD system, meaning that the incidents your dispatchers see in CAD will be immediately accessible.
