RESPONSE CAD Integrated Features

RESPONSE CAD Integrated Mapping

RESPONSE CAD Integrated Mapping is a comprehensive and scalable mapping solution that can meet any PSAP needs. In addition to fast and easy location of wireless and wireline calls, RESPONSE MapStation can provide , site information, mapped ALI information, event/unit information, and more. Operators can quickly identify events, landmarks, view buildings footprints, hazmat info, or any user-configured layer.

The RESPONSE MapStation also provides features like map-based incident creation, Phase II wireless compliance and quick-view incident and unit detail. Operators can easily view AVL equipped unit and location information from the MapStation.

RESPONSE CAD Integrated AVL

RESPONSE CAD Integrated Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) uses global positioning system (GPS) data to display unit locations on the RESPONSE CAD Mapping and allow the CAD system to recommend the resource closest to the incident in addition to the standard recommendation based on beat or coverage zone boundaries. The

RESPONSE CAD Integrated AVL system provides playback features for administrative review of AVL display information. Units can also be tracked in "Hot" mode during pursuits or high priority incidents for more real-time updates or GPS location information.

The RESPONSE AVL System can also be integrated into the RESPONSE IN-Field Mobile applications for Law Enforcement, Fire Services, Emergency Medical Services, Security Forces, Federal Operations and Airport Operations to provide dynamic location information to field commanders and responding field units.

RESPONSE CAD GeoServer

The RESPONSE CAD system’s RESPONSE Geo-Server Application supports all of the required locations cross street/cross location entries. Additionally, the Common Place, Aliases and Landmarks are linked to a single valid street address for the entered location. This provides for ease of reporting on the ICIS MIS/EMBRS MIS systems because all data is funneled into a single, valid address. Supervisory staff will not need to conduct several different queries to evaluate Calls for Service for the same intersection.

The Geo-Server allows the user to store and update all geographical data used by the RESPONSE™ CAD system. The RESPONSE™ CAD system utilizes a GeoBase Subsystem, entitled RESPONSE Geo-Server, to enter and support all geographic data. This subsystem provides the guidelines used during the verification process.

GIS Data can be administered within the RESPONSE CAD GeoServer System by your agency’s GIS Division. The updated information can then be Loaded into the RESPONSE CAD GeoServer application via the GeoBase Load program. Real-time modification of map layers can be accomplished online via the RESPONSE GeoServer Map Maintenance System.
